The Rotary Club of Kowloon Golden Mile ("the club"), at www.rckgm.org ("our web site"), gathers and retains general navigational data in respect of the sections, sub-pages and/or links which are visited at or through our web site.

The club endeavours to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date. To do this, the club provides you with the opportunity to update or modify your personal information through a variety of "On-Line Forms".

The club takes all reasonable precautions to restrict access to club member's personal information provided to and/or by the club in "protected areas" of our web site, however the club acknowledges that no security features are totally immune from determined attempts by "hackers" to defeat such security measures.

If you would  prefer that your personal contact and/or any other information be removed from our web site, your request will be attended to within 24 hours of our receiving a written notice of your request.

The club does not, under any circumstances, publicise, sell, transmit, distribute or otherwise reveal member's email addresses to any commercial party.

Moreover the club is not provided with details of your personal purchases from our "On-Line" merchants.

Information provided to the club merely summarises periodic trading activity and commissions and/or fees earned by the club, however such information does not identify purchasers in any way.
